I was told they would come out and fix it for a charge. It was a small area so I just didn’t do anything but now it is buckling all over the entire upstairs. I contacted them and was told it was due to the temperature in my home. That did not make any sense to me since we never turn our unit off plus I’ve never heard of such a thing happening. I contacted the manufacturer (Mohawk) and they sent out an inspector who told me the carpet should have been installed using a power stretcher. I was home when the installation occurred and I know for certain the installer did not use a power stretcher. E Z Floor is now ignoring my phone calls and has made no attempt to stand behind their workmanship. I must also mention that 3 months after having the carpet installed I had them install wood flooring throughout the entire downstairs of my home spending $16,650 for a total of over $25,000 and this is how they treat a loyal customer."
