"We hired Window Depot in 2021 to replace all our windows , French doors , sliding doors with Hurricane glass PGT. From sales, communication ( many steps from start to finish /this was important )quality of the windows and doors, team of experienced and qualified installers(cleaning up after each step of the installation process) we would recommend this company-with 5 * We are amazed how quiet our home is and how the quality of the products stand out. This Company did such a wonderful job from start to finish * passing inspection with flying colors. Thank you Window-Depot for making this one of the best Investments we have done on our home of 31years."

"Very pleased with the job from start to finish. Jordan the salesperson was spot on, he responded quickly to any calls I made to him. He also worked tirelessly to accommodate my budget. I would have given 5 stars but there was a little damage done to my transition. Yimey came right to me to show me what happened, and he called his operations manager Jon C. I called Jordan who was getting me in touch with Josh another operations manager. I sent the pictures to Josh and he said he would take care of, ok no problem. Jon C. in the meantime asked to speak to me. He was arguing with me that a transition from Home Depot would either match or would come close to the color of the floor. I was not happy with this, and he insisted, I would not budge because that's like going to Burger King for a Big Mac. Josh took control of the situation; I got my transition from the original store I purchased from, and Josh even came to my house to make sure everything was ok. THANK YOU YIMMEY, YASMANY, AND JOSH !!!! The installers Yimmey and Yasmany were absolutely fantastic. They called the morning of the install to say they work be arriving by noon, due to them not finishing a job on Friday. They arrived early and were ready to work. They took care in removing the old sliding door as well as putting the new one in. I cannot say enough on how pleased I am that these 2 men installed my sliding glass door, I'm very appreciative!!!! It started raining during the install and they didn't miss a beat. They kept on going. The cleaned up my home from the materials removed. Yimmey and Yasmany are an asset to Window Wall. They are perfect examples of hardworking individuals who take pride in their work. They didn't rush, but weren't slacking either. I cannot say enough about these gentlemen. Companies nowadays don't care in quality and don't stand behind their products. Love my sliding glass door!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!"

"Our Salesman, Joe Thurman, was great. Our installer, a different Joe, was awesome. We felt that this should have been a 2 man job but only 1 was sent to do the job. He did an incredible job, considering how heavy sliding doors are. He was very considerate, did all the clean-up, & left us with a beautiful set of sliding doors."

"It took them 8 hours to replace a sliding glass door . Other than the time it took the project went well. The sliding door I chose was not the highest quality either . Sometimes the door fogs over in the morning . The door faces the south east ."

"Ridgetop just installed two eight foot hurricane rated sliding doors for me. Ryan & James dud an excellent, very professional job! They arrived on time and were very careful with their tools and very meticulas with the details of the install. The openings weren't square so it took extra effort to get them installed correctly. I love the doors! The afternoon sun doesn't heat up the rooms like it did. And it was such a good feeling to know if Hurricane Dorian had come this way I only have to lock the doors to be protected. Thank you for the excellent work!"

"They replaced sliding glass doors with storm doors & windows. The results were beautiful! My only complaint is now the rest of the house looks bad in comparison."

"Went great and was a great experience from the sales man to the installation. The salesman wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to up sell us but listened to our needs and reasons for updating. We replaced all our windows that were the original 40 year old aluminum single pane, the original sliding glass door, and had a storm door replaced with a solid door. The installation team was very professional, courteous, and the workmanship looks flawless."

"I requested an estimate to replace an opener for one door and add a sliding lock to the second. Ben B, the technician, diagnosed the problem and prescribed a much cheaper option to repair my opener. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. I recommend Discount Garage Doors and I hope to get Ben again if I need their service."

"I?m very happy with my experience and honestly didn?t expect to find a mahogany door in stock with such a quick turnaround. I was able to receive it in just three weeks, which is impressive given that mahogany doors are usually made to order with other companies. The website made it easy to find the exact size I needed, and I appreciate that it was available right away. The assembly guide was clear and simple to follow, and all the necessary parts were included, which made the installation process smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Romeo, for your guidance and support throughout the process."
