As part of the job, they replaced a couple pieces of soffit that needed repair. They did a great job all around. Surfaces were power washed, all seams were caulked, some minor wood repair was done. Also, as we were getting new gutters, his team removed the old gutters. The crew at Roll City Painting did the entire house trim, re-stained a fence which badly needed re-staining, re-stained a pergola to match, painted a concrete patio, and even rebuilt four exterior decorative shutters that were beginning to disintegrate.
