"Contacted Clean Reflections for an estimate to repair rotten porch materials and siding. Initially was a bit difficult to get in touch, but eventually I got an appt. for Mike to come inspect my house to do an estimate. Initial appointment had to be rescheduled; on the morning of the new appt. Mike called before the appt. time to let me know he'd be an hour late. He then came when he said he'd be here. Mike was professional, did a visual inspection, took notes, etc. Said he'd email my estimate. A week later I called because I still hadn't heard anything, and that day I later received my estimate. A few weeks later I called to schedule the work. Nancy said she would call me back once she got my work scheduled. A week later I still hadn't heard so I called her back. The next morning John (Reno?) and his crew of 3 or 4 guys came. They did the work, were professional, even repaired the damaged drywall inside the house which was caused by the demolition of the rotten materials outside. John trouble-shooted the cause of the initial water damage, then created and implemented a solution. They took a sample to have paint matched, even going back to the paint supplier once because the color wasn't a perfect match. They cleaned up the job site when they were done, vacuuming inside at the area of the damaged drywall, took away all related debris, even putting down wood / cardboard over dirt in the garden outside where they were working. Overall they were here one full day plus maybe 2hrs the next morning. Final bill matched the estimate given. The only complaint is that they missed some nails in the ground outside. Good guys, professional, would hire again."
