"In a time where "Customer Service" seems to be an oxy-moron this company is top notch and takes customer service serious! From the office people to the cutting crew to the grinding crew, everyone had GREAT communication, they all did GREAT work and all were friendly, polite and professional. If you need any service that Mountain View does I would highly recommend using them."

"I am going through enough, that I shouldn't have to babysit a company after telling them 3 times what I want. I asked to have all the weeds removed from the front of the fence (I even have an email proving I at least asked once, but I asked 3 times) and as you can see in the picture this is the quality of work they left me. When I initially asked to have all the debris removed they only wrote down the branches, so I had to email them and say I would like ALL the debris removed, they said it may cost more, I said that was fine (even though it just feels like $3,340 should have been enough). Then when they showed up to do the work I repeated myself again. Well I guess they didn't want to do it as you can see, let's see if the communication is working internally and they don't charge me for all debris in the final bill. Also I asked several times to cut the giant bush so it is level and NOT at at a slope. Well they decided to do what they wanted instead, they cut it at a slope and didn't even touch the sides. Also the small bush I asked them to cut the sides (box it out), well they only cut the top. I even pointed to how tall I wanted it, well they ignored that also. So check the pictures and you can see if you would hire them. Total work done: 1: Remove berry vines from fenced in area (this was ok) 2: Cut side bush, box it out (they only cut the top and not the height I wanted) 3: Level out large bush (Not level, also they cut one end too short, I literally pointed to how tall I wanted it twice) 4: Remove ALL debris from front of fence (They only removed some branches left everything else as per picture) 5: Do a quick weeding around border of house (This seems ok) Total cost: $3,340 (This was estimated invoice, they may charge more I don't know, they said they will send the full bill soon) Will update with final cost. Pictures and my review are on google reviews."

"Our painted concrete pavers were in poor shape, especially after overly aggressive pressure washing by another company that chipped paint in many places. Ulises submitted a highly competitive bid after coming out to view the pavers; he also seemed the most knowledgeable and capable contractor for the job. He did not disappoint. He took it upon himself to pressure wash most of the pavers again, to prepare them for repainting, and trimmed plants that intruded on the stones. He and two other people took great care to apply new coats of paint to the pavers in a smooth fashion, with extra attention to edges that were particularly degraded. The result was fantastic; the pavers have been restored to their previous glory. I would highly recommend Ulises for his wide-ranging knowledge and skills, and his honesty and responsiveness. He also completed the work weeks to months ahead of the proposed timelines from other contractors."

"Only onsite 4 times at most. 2 times were pre-contract or bidding. The last was Demolition. I think the plumber was a sub contractor but do not know for sure. There was no inspections, final or otherwise. I did have issues and made call and emails. Call for the most part went unanswered or unacknowledged. The office staff gave us our own address for meeting location. They were only going to remove the counter tops and not the counters for demo. Flooring was not removed prior to cabinet install. original schedule was about 14 days. It took 72. Had to pay extra to have work I requested as part of the original bid completed. Most of this was due to not ordering material needed on day 1. 3 weeks without even temporary counter tops. It is done and looks good now, but the sub-contractors did all the work from what I can tell."

"Great! They could have conjured up any plausible mechanical reason, charged me plenty, and I wouldn't have known the difference. Turns out I had pored way too much oil in the reservoir. They charged me a very modest inspection and cleanup fee, including a plug and little replacement filter. Can't be treated more fairly than that. V. Mason"

"We had 50 Italian Cypress trees planted by Rexius in late 2021. Instead of digging into the native soil, Rexius laid a berm of fresh dirt and planted the trees in the dirt berm. they left the top 1/3 of the rootballs above the surface of the dirt. when we questioned about so much of the rootball not being in the ground, they said that Italian cypress grow best this way. however, because they didn't dig into the native soil, the berm has no lateral support/pressure to securely hold the roots, so here we are over 3 years later, and the Italian cypress will not stay up strait on their own. they get blown over by the wind. I attempted to take the support posts off earlier this year (2.5 years after planting) and they all started to lean with the wind. i have spent an enormous amount of time trying to make the trees stand up strait on their own, but I'm convinced that because Rexius didn't prep the ground right and give the trees a proper supportive base for the roots to spread out, I don't know if they will ever be able to support themselves. when I asked Rexius to fix the issue, they were going to charge me ove me $5k to add some dirt! so frustrating!!! last time I will ever use Rexius."
