After 10 years experience as a company we have systems in place to make sure we deliver nothing but quality service. We have a scheduling software where you will be notified via text or email of any scheduled appointments or technicians that will arrive. Questions? You can reach us through there 24 hours a day and we will make sure to get back to you ASAP. We make it easy to pay your invoices with just one click on your phone or computer. We accept all forms of payment like Card, Check, Cash, or other electronic transfers, and when we are completely finished we will prompt you for a review. In addition on the back side of things we have a huge office located at 5559 EL Paso Dr. where you can stop by to say HI! Here in our office is where all the organizing our projects occur. We will go out and do your estimate, after it is approved we have a pre-construction meeting with our team to discuss thoroughly what will be done and how. Our team includes the sales person, the manager of the project, the installers and the superintendent responsible for gathering all materials and tools and staging them in our warehouse. If you're looking for bad service, this is the perfect company. They take no responsibility for poorly done work, even though the contractors are part of their network. In the end, they just stole my money. I do not recommend them at all. Si pudiera, no les daría ni una estrella. Una experiencia terrible. "I highly recommend Central Florida Exterior Solutions for your drainage needs. They installed an underground drainage system around the exterior of my house using 6" PVC pipes, connected my downspouts to it, installed drainage grates throughout my backyard, and then installed a discharge outlet in my front yard. After the drainage pipes were installed, they brought in several trailers of dirt and regraded my rear yard to prevent water flowing towards my house. They also installed a retention wall at the rear exit of my house. I was more than happy with the entire team, and I developed a great relationship with the owners Dalton and Zach. Again, I highly recommend Dalton and Zach for all of your exterior needs."
