We will go out and do your estimate, after it is approved we have a pre-construction meeting with our team to discuss thoroughly what will be done and how. Our team includes the sales person, the manager of the project, the installers and the superintendent responsible for gathering all materials and tools and staging them in our warehouse. "If I could, I wouldn’t give them even one star. A terrible experience. The staff is extremely arrogant, and the customer service is seriously lacking. If you're looking for bad service, this is the perfect company. They take no responsibility for poorly done work, even though the contractors are part of their network. In the end, they just stole my money. I do not recommend them at all. Si pudiera, no les daría ni una estrella. Una experiencia terrible. El personal es sumamente prepotente y el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. Si lo que buscan es un mal servicio, esta es la compañía ideal. No se hacen responsables por los trabajos mal hechos, aun cuando los contratistas son parte de su red. Solo terminaron robándome el dinero. No los recomiendo en absoluto."
