"I used their service for two seasons, and received 7 treatments plus an Aearation & Overseeing at the end during each season. I must say that their formula works because after the first couple of treatments, my yard went from a dirt pile to sprouting full, very green grass. At the end of the two seasons, most of my yard came in, with the exception of a few bald spots near the garden. I gave them a C for price, because they are on the higher side when compared to other services-particularly the aeration service. I do like that their customer guarantee provides that they will come back out and repeat your last treatment if you aren't satisfied or aren't seeing results, and I've only had to do that twice in two seasons. Unfortunately, if you aren't home to catch the service tech who is treating your lawn, it's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone directly from the office. Calls always go through a central customer service line, and I've never spoken to my service tech, even after leaving a message or two. Which is why I gave them a C on responsiveness."

"Came on time  Cleaners very professional  One room, stairs,  and hall looked great  In the other room I asked for a stain to be treated and he said no problem.    Carpet cleaned and after dried , stain still there <br /> There was promotion for $99 for 2 rooms and hall so I did not mind paying  for stairs.However  when  he handed me the bill he added $28 for deodorizing room where there was the stain.   I did not ask for that to be done but was charged, He said he had to do it as getting stain out room would not smell right without the deodorizing.   Also there was an $8 fuel charge that was not ever explained when I made the appointment or before he started but was tacked onto the bill    So my bill ended up being $36 more than I expected  Ask them up front for all charges and tell the, do not do nayhtring unless you ask me first <br /> also they have talk after to get you to buy products they make.  They are expensive and I would not recommend the stain remover especailly as it did not work and is $22 a bottle. <br /> above I said I would use them again but there is no button for maybe <br />"

"Contacted Fancy Cutz to speak to the owner about problems with 2 Security cameras. Owner did not return the call, instead had one of his employees call back to let us know there were no appointments available for over 3 weeks. I asked the employee why so far down the road, it does not make any sense to have non-functional Security cameras if you can't have service within a reasonable time frame. The only response to that was "we're just very busy, do you want the appointment?" No other option was offered, so I declined the appointment with Fancy Cutz and I called another Company.. Customer care should be a big part of all business relationships."

"This is a small family owned business of lawn services. They (the mom) always calls me about a week before the service to tell me when they are arriving. They arrived on time and applied the fertilizer to my lawn, which is about 3/4's of an acre. <br /> I've been using R and L for several years because I noticed how well my next door neighbor's lawn was compared to mine and he was paying about half the price I was paying for my then (Lawns Unlimited) lawn service.
