"This provider came in to fix and finish a floor install after we let another contractor go due to a number of factors. Jason came in, did what he said he was going to do in the time he said he was going to do it, gave us a fair price, and left us with high quality work. "It was an expensive repair. The repair process was extremely long and drawn out with multiple contractors. The quality of the work was just very average. They had to cut away and strip away a lot of sheet rock to get to the problem. They finally figured out it was a plumbing leak after we had had multiple people in there evaluating what was causing the leak. So we had people treating some mold damage and water leak and ultimately it was determined that it was a pipe leaking up in the attic after looking at the roof and all kinds of things. They subcontract their emergency service contractor for all kinds of water damage, fire damage, mold e.t.c. They subbed out the plumbing. Its not that they were horrible, they just weren't great. The whole process was extremely time consuming and we had a portion of our sheet rock ceiling open for over a month."
