"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

If you want stump grinding, Sherpa Tree Service will sub-contract stump grinding to a specialized service but can accomplish this on our own if equipment rental is cost effective. In an effort to steward our planet well we recycle 100% of our collected organic materials with Risse Greenhouses so it can be processed into locally developed topsoil and garden mulch. We also use emissions-free electric chainsaws whenever possible and favor biodegradable products. Our paper-reducing, tree-loving billing and estimates are delivered digitally. We accept PayPal, cash, check, and all major credit cards. We are fully insured and happy to provide a copy of our certificate of insurance to customers upon request. We do not require customers to make payment up front. Payment is due upon completion of work and any payment 30 days past due incurs a 20% late fee.
