I emailed twice - first email was told there?d be here July 26 but that did not happen nor did a few days into the next week with a second email getting no response. With the grass so long rabbits began nesting in my lawn, I had to switch to a different mowing service."

Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."
