"Initially the company had issues with their web site provider, so our original inquiry was lost. Once they realized the problem, their salesman called to apologize and set up an appointment. He came out personally to look at the lawn, along with the technician. They diagnosed the problem, and recommended several steps we could take (either on our own or by them) to improve the lawn. We decided to have them aerate the lawn for the fall, and then start a fertilizer program next spring (about $365 annually) to improve the roots system of the grass.
