"First of all they worked so hard it took approximately 1 hour to do it.  They seemed a little inexperienced of lawn work usually takes a little less time.  We are on a slope and it now looks like an egg nothing left in that area.  All the dirt and grass was put in the trash cans and now they are too heavy to have the truck pick up the trash. I have taken half of the items out of one of the trash cans and it is still too heavy to move to the trash cans.  I understand that they probably did not know not to put everything in the trash cans. I have called twice to have them take care of the issue and they have not addressed it at this time and has been over a week."

Rats, Cockroaches, and termines are way more extreme in sizes, agressiveness, and carrying many deadly transmitted diseases since it’s a tropical n 3rd world country. We are immuned by most of them except for yellow fever & west nile from Mosquitos(5 times survivor of each fever will create a lifetime immunity in the body, but i never seen one tat can pass tat lolx, i got 3 times already:))) But since we had our daughter born here in the US and our business here as well, pests control is our No1 priority since heath is No1 concern of all trades for everybody including our family. Ants and spiders went a long way when we bought our house 8 yrs ago, but they became dominant when my daughter started to eat soft foods n then whole food. We got ****** and very annoyed by those ants n spiders evrywhere my daughter went in the house the freaking ants following. Spent quite a lot of $ on those products that are pet safe and children safe since i hesitate to use extreme products with toxicity lvl tat can take out evrything alive cuz we had our baby+ our labrador retriever at the time. So i asked around n got Adios refered by a relative who also had termine service with them be4. And tat was smooth, quick and pleasant. We went straight with a annual services both my house n my business at the 1st day of their 1st treatment cuz i had another business tat been using diff provider from previous owner contract carried over( so i got the real data to compare for my own). I dont have problem with there 79$/ bi-monthly, all I care was the end game of how their services requested by me as a customer, had fullfill all the listed requests in specific order based on their prioritic levels( like i said, serving my business is not something tat I can have control over weather it’s good or not, health department is the only judge for this game field lolx). Well, I passed the final inspection at my business and I never had a tiny bit problem with ants and spiders at my house( though foods and snacks drops getting more cuz my daughter growing up n she loves eating snacks). Mother in law loves home growth vegie, she got the rotten problem n vegie bugs, they took care for her even when im not around. So just as schedule, they came and did the routine so it’s pretty much a utility service for us as for other people. Also, emergency calls for my hornet bee nest(home), a huge Cockroach ran into my business from the outside drain cuz the HOA landscaping guys left the cover open( lot of restaurant within the premises )with the photos i sent, they came at 12 mid nite on the same day to remove it due to my urgent concern for my daughter n my customers/employees..(no extra or excuses when Adios is the only one local service provider is maintaining the truth concept of urgent call, at least they have proven to us in action, by that efforts in consistency...how we look at this and judge otherwise lolx! Respect go both ways in an ethical mutual business practice, never an oneway ‘s downtown street for either one of the parties. We prefer to keep local businesses in good hands, such as Adios because we are small business owners as well. We dont have the luxury to our expenses tat would not needed or not effectively both in cost and result, big corporations or millions companies can be easy on this matter with a fixed amounts of $ for HR or Maintenance Department payable for service like this, only they can try many providers and got times n $ to correct/repair bad try out audition:))). We are not having that capability n luxury as small business, so we sticked with Adios for almost 2 years and never got turned out at all but over providing( technical questions on certain professional aspect of pest control)i must say we can never have this bonding in a business relationship of Providers& Customers in the bigger scales. You can only find and feel the culture characteristic of daily living and doing business are naturally blended in term of customize ur service n provide when you need most( regardless of odd timing, sht never happen as schedule lolx)with local businesses not anywhere else such as Adios Pets Control!
