I called and there were so polite. Eddie, the gentleman who went out to my mom's, emailed me a professional quote the same day. "Due to damage caused by a hail storm we had to have work done on our roof. The hail broke and chipped the facia boards, and had to be replaced. The contractor we employed to replace the facia boards did not do caulking or painting, so we were tasked with finding a painter. <br /> Mr. Leal had left a business card with us a week prior, so we decided to check his work. He had painted several houses in our neighbor and we were amazed and how good his work was. We contacted Mr. Leal and asked him for an estimate. We called 2 other painters for estimates and based on the quality of work we had seen Mr. Leal do, and his bid we decided to hire him. <br /> Mr. Leal and his crew arrived promptly at 8:30 am as agreed by both parties. He stayed in contact with us keeping us informed of their progress. The crew prepped the areas of our house for painting by power washing. They caulked and applied primer to new wood and applied 2 coats of top quality paint. <br /> Mr. Leal and his crew were puntual, efficient, professional and friendly. They took extra measures to insure that if paint spilled it would not damage the concrete or walkway to our front door and patio. These gentlemen did this job in 100+ degree temperatures and still, they did an outstanding job. I would recommend Mr. Leal with no reservations."
