"John gave me a very detail quote and was supportive of me getting other quotes. When signing agreement with him he gave me a very detailed list of everything he what would do and in what order. I decided to also do my brick wall that was in bad repair and he gave me a good price by reducing his labor/hr charge. He also gave me the 15% discount for being a senior. John enclosed my eves on my back patio as part of the job. John used quality materials and even got the paint rep to come to my house to ask what to use on my brick wall. The rep ordered a special masonry primer for it. John always cleaned up well at the end of the day. He took twice as long as the other person had quoted, but spent very long hours. I am very sure that because of the many, many hours he spent preparing the houses that the paint job will last me for 25 years plus.
