"Marc did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in my apartment as I was moving out. He was able to start about 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment (called to see if earlier would work for me - and it did). The carpets were thoroughly cleaned and extra attention was given to some harder wear spots. And Marc was flexible to work with and around the cleaning crew that was also in my apartment at the same time finishing up the bathrooms and kitchen. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress.
