"I hired the maids to clean my condo after some renovations were complete post purchase. I explained the depth of cleaning needed and was given a reasonable quote. The morning of my service, the time of the appointment was switched, which was hard to manage with my work schedule. When they did show up the cleaning I requested was not completed. They did a very general clean which would of taken me about an hour to do myself (3 team members showed up). I let them know and was issued a refund only for the hours they showed up and my $150 deposit was kept. I would not recommend this service."
