"Awesome Contractor — Fair Pricing & Quality Workmanship Geno's Siding & Roofing Company replaced my gable vent today. It was the first time that I used this company, and I will absolutely use them again. I am retired, so I watched the entire project and was amazed at how skilled and meticulous the worker (actually the owner) was. The next time I encounter something that I can’t personally fix, I am calling Geno's Siding & Roofing Company at 215-971-6292. Howard (Howie) Walters Langhorne, PA"

"The contractor was scheduled to repair my roof on Monday, but after verifying with me he was able to complete the job on Saturday which was very convenient since I didnâ t have to take a day off of work just to be there for the repairs. Contractor was very curtious, and respectful. Pictures were taken before and after his work, I would highly recommend Tema Roofing and siding"

"Andrei follows through on everything that he says. Did phenomenal work. Will absolutely use for any of my roofing needs. Can not give a higher recommendation, absolutely what I was hoping for!"

"In an emergency, Alex secured a 4' by 8' asphalt shingle area with nails and silicone glue on my steep roof that had become detached by wind. He called immediately after I contacted Angi. Alex arrived on time that same afternoon for the estimate and the fix early next morning. Kind. Thorough. Fixed a couple other loose shingles I pointed out. Very clean truck. Good price. He's my roofer now."

"Iâ m very pleased with my new roof. The work was done efficiently. I would recommend this company for anyone who is looking to get roofing work done on their house."

"I would certainly recommend you hiring Zoe’s Property services for any of your repair needs. Jean responded promptly and professional handled multiple plumbing leakage and back flow issues, toilet seal replacement, wiring/lighting , painting, door & lock replacement and even restored my entire roof! After our first interaction I knew my property was in great hands. Jean’s pricing is always fair & reasonable, work is finished promptly and professional, and he leaves the space in clean condition. He repaired 2 separate roofs - on the main house and a smaller roof over the enclosed porch quickly and for a amazing price right before the holidays. He is knowledgeable about properties inside and out. He also willing to share his assessment of issues ensuring fair pricing unlike some other companies I’ve worked with in the past. Look no further Zoe’s Property Services is who you need to hire !"

"I would hire them again for my next roofing job."

"Alexander explained the process and suggestions for my roof. He also provided before and after pics. He and his assistant were professional and friendly."

"Fantastic response time - I had an emergency and they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday. Felt cost of visit to come out and just use caulk to seal around things was high. Problem turned out to not be roof, but was due to air conditioner condenser backing up. Also, had H Parker Contracting and another company provided estimates to replace roof, and it was pointed out by the 2nd company that if I were to sell the home, I would now have a problem with the inspection, because the caulk was applied to seams, and that would give the appearance of a larger issue and that the roof would not pass an inspection. Not happy about that, but too late to do anything about it."

"Ralphie's Roofing was terrific. Their communication was excellent, as was their professionalism. I am very happy with the service they provided and would work with them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Ralphie - to you and your team for a job well done!"
