We were having some trouble finalizing what color to go with, and Heather the office manager provided helpful assistance in the form of pictures, addresses we could drive by, and even had samples sent over so we could see them on our house. The installation crew impressed us – they worked some long days in high heat, were very polite and respectful of our house, and were surprisingly quiet. They took care of all the minor rot that was discovered in removing the old siding and boards, and for an area with extensive rotting quickly provided an estimate for additional required repair and executed it in one day. One thing that sets folks apart is how they handle issues. We needed to change to different size shutters after the initial order, and also with the new siding there were some unanticipated dimension changes due to how the house was constructed and the new layer of insulation below the siding; Universal helped us work through options and accommodated the changes we settled on seamlessly. We also discovered a few issues after the installation was complete, and everything was corrected without any dispute and to our full satisfaction. I give Universal Widows Direct 5 stars out of 5, and they will be first on my list to call when it comes time to do my roof."

"This is the 2nd job we has Steve do for us. The was a min bathroom renovation and also kitchen backsplash. Bathroom came out great. He walled off a second door to access the bathroom, ripped out old tile, and put down new tile and installed a new vanity. Very happy with the finished product. Steve also did the backsplash in the kitchen. It came out perfect. I would definitely recommend Steve for any home improvement projects you may have."

"Matt is very easy to communicate with, prompt work speed and does a solid job. He recently replaced a door and window that was almost replacing the entire wall actually in two days flat. "The guys were a great team. They showed up on time, communicated well with each other, and cleaned up any mess they made. There was quite a gap of time between when they finished the porch and came back to finish the ceiling (a small part was due to electrical work) because they overbooked themselves, but they kept in contact with me about it and successfully completed the job. Only complaint at this point is I contacted them after the job was done about something I had that went missing, and they never returned my messages. Will be placing a phone call to try and remedy the situation."
