"Victor and his team did a reasonable job with clean up of yard and garden before we were listing our house for sale. However they did not finish all the things I had asked for that Victor said they would do when he came back. He said he would come back day before our open house to finish up. I texted to remind him and he said he would be there the next day but he never showed up and never responded to my messages. It was a real disappointment and made us have to scramble to finish cleaning up yard and garden for open house that day. I would not hire him again. If he was tied up he could have at least communicated that with me rather than ghosting me. "
