"Great work, very knowledgeable and provided great tips. Minus a star because it was extremely difficult to get a receipt. Paid cash, but still needed receipt for tax purposes on rental property. Hopefully, text screenshots and written invoice estimate will suffice for tax purposes. Next time, I'll confirm if credit card or cash is accepted, and if cash, receipt must be given on payment. Still would hire again, but need receipts for rental repairs."
