"I got a free estimate with several options of services from a salesperson who came out and looked at the house and explained them to me. We scheduled the actual wash for a few days later, and it looks great! They used a mild bleach solution, then rinsed it and applied a 'restorer.' Because of the bleach, the roof looks cleaner right away. They sprayed water on the house and greens below the part of the roof they were treating, and rinsed them again after the bleach solution was rinsed off the roof to keep anything from being damaged. I also got gutter cleaning and brightening (washing the outside of the gutters). Last time someone did my gutters there was crap splattered everywhere afterwards, but with Lakeview ProWash it looks spotless. I'm really happy with the results, and confident the shingles weren't in any way damaged or compromised.
