"When my husband and I relocated from Long Island, NY to Raleigh, NC two years ago, I needed a decorator with fresh eyes and creative vision to help us blend furnishings from our NY house-which was different in style and size- with our Raleigh home and maintain a beautiful, well-coordinated look. My friend immediately suggested I contact Robin Heesacker, which is the best decision I could have made. Robin and I clicked from the beginning. She learned about our sense of style, likes and dislikes, color and fabric preferences, and possessions that that were important to us. We then worked together to design plans for all the rooms that ended up being a mix of the familiar and some new furnishings. Robin suggested options and added many unique ideas, such as finding just the right places for displaying pieces of art from our international travels and convincing me that a mix of contemporary and vintage could stunningly coexist in the same room.
