"Well, at first when I set the appointment up it was the end of the day on Thursday or Friday.  They said they got bogged down on the previous job and called at about 3 for a 3:30 appointment to reschedule.  I had left work early to meet them and didn't get the message until I had gotten home.  Wasted some leave.  This was on a Friday so I called them and rescheduled for Monday same time.  They got there 30 minutes early and I was still at work when they arrived and called me.  My wife had texted me saying some pickup truck was parked in the street outside and wasn't sure if it was them. So I left even earlier than planned to meet them.  I don't remember but I don't think there was a sign on the truck.  Probably not good to have 2 guys just sitting alongside our house in an unmarked truck in the road (parking on the road isn't allowed in our neighborhood so it makes people concerned).  I left early and the guys were nice. They did a quick job and seemed very efficient with their work.  They seemed to know what they were doing.  It was a very reasonable price and done much quicker than I could have done it especially reprogramming that timer, I've wasted an hour or two on that thing alone.  It did take 10 days or so to get their email "audit" to me on what they did but since it was already done and since I was there the whole time it wasn't important to me.   I would hire them again and the savings in water use after reprogramming will probably pay for having them do the adjustments. <br />"
