I've hardly ever had to call since I started paying in advance for the season (they give a pretty good discount for payment in advance), but when I do call the personnel are so very nice and helpful. "He's good. They are very professional and clean up after themselves. They come when they are supposed to. They cut a tree out in 1997 or 1998 and it fell the wrong way and tore down some gutter. He fixed the gutter and everything else that had to be repaired. Rural is the owner and he's a nice guy. All of his guys are professional. They did some landscaping for me in 2005. His prices are within the range of everybody else. I call him every time I have a problem at my house."
