"I had water leak from upstairs bathroom from tub that went to First floor bathroom all the way down to basement . David, owner of Yellowstone came on a Saturday night at 7 pm during Easter Weekend . He brought maybe 8 drying machines and his men tested the walls in basement and den for water damage . They were very professional and stayed till 2:30 am . They came a long way from Brooklyn to Westchester. The dryers were left in the den and basement to dry out the water problem. Also ripped out walls that had water behind it . They came back to put everything back together , Sheetrock and paint the basement . Their work was superior to most and I have been in the real estate business for 30 years . Definitely would call them again if needed and would recommend David from Yellow Restoration to others without hesitation. Thank you David and your men for a job well done ."

"I called Aris Mold Removals over the weekend to ask about a moldy looking wall in a bedroom closet. He called me back the same day and had me send in a photo of the wall. He then followed up land explained that it was likely a surface mold issue. Thank you. I highly recommend this company."

"They were quick to respond as soon as I let them know about the water damage. Had guys come in same day to rip apart the dry wall and apply fans and air purification devices to start drying the water. In a few days, they got everything patched up quick and replaced the radiator valve that caused the issue. My only thing was when I had a plumber come in a few weeks later to look into a separate issue with a leaking pipe between the valve and radiator, he had commented that whoever replaced the valve should have also replaced the pipe as well as it's not good to connect something new to something old. But otherwise, the job was done well and quickly to mitigate any further water damage. Definitely would recommend to others!"

"Angstrom Testing used a moisture meter and found that one of the kitchen walls and an area of the kitchen ceiling in my mom's apartment were wet. Then they took an air sample in the kitchen and sent the sample to the lab to determine the level of mold in the air. After that, they made a cut into the wet area of the kitchen ceiling and found a dripping water pipe. The top side of the ceiling was black with mold. They also took a piece of sheetrock out of the top of the wet kitchen wall and found more mold on the back of the wall (yuck!!). <br /> They called me two days later with the air test results, and they told me that the level of mold in the air was very high. They also told me that there was probably a connection between my mom's symptoms and high levels of mold in the air. Makes sense. They also told me that that my mom should stay upstairs with me and my husband until we get rid of the moldy ceiling and wall in her apartment. <br /> A few days after they called, Angstrom emailed me a report with all of the details of what they did and found. In the report, they wrote recommendations and procedures that a mold removal contractor should follow to safely remove the mold and dry and treat the wood wall frames and wood ceiling. Since the level of mold in the air was so high, they said in their report that the kitchen air should be cleaned with an air cleaner and that the kitchen appliances, cabinets, and floor should be wiped down to get rid of all the mold spores that were laying around. <br /> I really appreciated all the work they did and all of the advice that they gave me to help me and my mom. My mom is now living upstairs with me and my husband, and she says that she is already starting to feel better. Although my husband is not too happy (LOL). Great company! Thanks. <br />"
Ground water infiltration occurred through the concrete slab in two rooms on the ground floor of the house causing water damage and mold growth on the overlying flooring. The cause of the water infiltration appears to be associated with cracks and a crater in the concrete slab, which is believed to have been caused by pile driving work being performed during the construction of an adjacent building.
Mold in HVAC Coil Compartment
Construction/demolition work in an apartment unavoidably released high levels of dust that migrated into adjacent apartments. Dust containment methods, such as negative air filtration and poly sheeting, should have been used to prevent dust migration into adjoining spaces. Settled dust samples were collected from a table & curtain rod in a nearby apt, which revealed the presence of substantially elevated levels of silica and asbestos in the dust. Asbestos and silica are known carcinogens.
