Justin was always on time and always prepared for the day's work. He was very clear what work would be completed each day and always kept our interests in mind to make sure we were as comfortable as possible living in our home while he was working. We now have a reliable contractor we can reach out to anytime we need work completed."

"We are extremely pleased with the work done by H&J Roofing on our roof and gutters. Steve visited us to discuss our specific needs and gave us a thorough education on the materials he would use, and the meticulous cleanup process his crew would use during the job. Steve was professional and courteous and responsive to our follow-up questions. I had gotten four quotes for this job and the price difference from the highest to the lowest around 15,000. While H&J was not the lowest, I chose them because Steve conveyed a lot of thoroughness and pride in his work, and took the time to make sure we understood the whole process. Plus, H&J had already done a few roofing jobs on our block, and having spoken with neighbors and seen the work firsthand, I was confident in our decision. "I would give them a 0 star if i could. This company installed a high-efficiency, EPA-rated woodstove insert that does not heat the room it was installed in. I was told it was the “best bang for the buck” and a reliable unit, but that has not been the case. When I raised concerns after installation, I was told nothing was wrong and was even accused of using unseasoned wood—which was not true. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they dismissed my concerns and refused to help. Now I am stuck with a unit that doesn't work. The lack of accountability and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I will not be doing business with them again."
