They not only met those expectations, but they far exceeded them. Everyone from Danny (estimator/manger), to Melvin (project/team manager), to the hard working painting crew (consisting of Yimi, Donaldo and Victor) was courteous, professional and conscientious. The painting crew worked tirelessly (even through uncomfortably high temperatures). They meticulously, respectfully and quietly, prepped and painted the house and garage. They performed the highest quality and cleanest prepping, cutting and painting that I have witnessed. They protected the siding, windows, roofing, gutters and surrounding property, surfaces, plants and AC equipment. They thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the project. "After I called, Jose came over to look at the deck the next day and gave his recommendations. He explained that after the power-washing, the deck need to be completely dried before sanding, so rainy days will push out the work. Paint should be applied when the deck is not excessively hot. My deck is exposed to the sun most of the day, so hot sunny days are also bad days for the last part of the job. I appreciate the information ahead of time, so I know what to expect. The job could not start for several weeks because of hurricane weather or days with strong sun. Once we have a stretch of good-weather days, Jose started the job and completed within days. He cleaned up the debris after every visit. The deck was in bad shape and it looks great now, hopefully for many years to come."
