While he was here, I decided to have my oriental rug cleaned as well, so glad I did! He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"we got an estimate first. the company rep was courteous, intelligent, friendly, honest and helpful. informed us of problems (stains) that might not come out. explained the company and its services well. we set a date which was confirmed by them by phone and reconfirmed a day or two before the service. two men came and did the work carefully and professionally. they arrived on time and the work took the amount of time they had estimated. they were friendly and charming. a week or so later, the area rugs were delivered and set in place--all with the same friendly and professional service. we would gladly recommend them and use them again and are planning to have them do floor and cabinet refinishing---another service that they offer."

"The team of two were professional and friendly and interacted well with my family who was at home of the time of the service call. They were proactive and accurate with communication around when they would get to our home and the time it would take. They stated that they did a "final check" to make sure everything looked good and left. The problem or dissatisfaction I have is that we spent $500 to have 20 vents cleaned and 4 vent covers were not put back on; one was full of old insulation which I learned after the fact was the cold air return, but not knowing that it certainly looked like the vent was not even touch, let along cleaned / sanitized. Another vent was full of rust flakes both in the vent itself and all over the floor around it. There is no way someone could have missed what was NOT done if they bothered to take a look as they stated they did. My initial satisfaction quickly disappeared as I doubted what work had actually been done and what my $500 was spent on. To Sears credit, they got back to me and explained what (may) have happened. I was told I would receive a call back and someone would arrange to come back to the house to check what was - or was not - done. That person never called back or followed up. Ultimately, it wasn't a big deal to put the vent covers back on and vaccum around where the work was done - but when I pay $500 and 20% of the vent covers are not put back in place and I have to vacuum up after someone else's work, was very disappointing to say the least - and again, left me wondering what my money was actually spent on."
