"We hired for tree removal, including stump grinding, debris removal. They cut one tree down and only partial cut another, saying they would return the next day to complete the job. This was in October '25. A phone call was answered with the response that they would be back. They have not come back. The job is unfinished, although they were paid in full on the first day. Winter has intervened, but several attempts have been made to call them .The phone number listed on the estimate dated 10/27/25 has a message that they can not help us now. No opportunity for voicemail. A second number says the mailbox is full. Finally, a third number shown on their website says the voicemail has not been set up.. They took a very tall beech tree that was extremely close to my house and garage and systematically removed it in a very selective and controlled manner. Very nice low cut on the tree stump and excellent job site cleanup. Also took down two other trees and cleaned up branches hanging over my house. All at a very reasonable price. You won't be disappointed. "
