"Jim and Vonnie were amazing to work with, and were great communicators. Jim visited and walked through the job, explained everything in great detail, and answered all of the questions that I had. Once we decided to use them for the job, they had a slight delay in starting it, but were great about notifying me when they realized it and keeping me updated about their schedule. Also, we decided to have some of our siding replaced, but Jim had didn’t think that the siding on the back of our house needed to be replaced as it still looked good. It turned out that Jim and his crew had issues with bubbling on the existing siding that we did not replace on the back of the house. Jim and Vonnie were so focused on making sure that everything met our expectations, that they said if we wanted to get the siding on the back of the house replaced, they’d come out and paint it for no cost.
