The dirt pile was unmanageable with shovels, so we needed professional help. BJ was able to manage the humongous pile, by hauling about 75% away, and grading the lot with the rest. We're now left with a nice, level, space to regrow. He additionally cut an approach through the rear gate so that the fence would swing all the way open, and cut an approach for a garage door that will soon be installed on the side of the building.
