"On 2/16 Steam Master came out to clean our carpets and they refused to clean them. B&C Carpet Care was recommended by our banker. Bob came out and worked 4 hours and did an amazing job. Some of the stains from dog urine did not come out, which was expected. House smells great and floors are amazingly clean. <br />"

"Duke's came out to clean the carpets in our new house. I wasn't happy that the carpets didn't come clean, especially in the traffic areas. (My Bissell green machine can spot treat an area cleaner than what the carpet looked like when Duke's was done.) I did ask him to come back and re-clean which he did, but the carpets still didn't look any better. <br /> <br /> I thought $50 seemed reasonable for cleaning and sealing the shower. However, it really didn't look clean either when he was finished. When I questioned him about a grout area that was still black, he told me I could take a little bleach and see if it came off. It actually did come clean when I cleaned it later <em>myself</em>. When I seal a shower, the water beads up on the grout, but with the process Duke's used, it didn't do that. I'm not sure the shower was really cleaned or sealed. <br /> <br /> Overall, I thought the price was high. They were only here 2 hours, which included the time we walked through the house and I explained what I wanted done. I won't be using his company in the future. I will go back to using my previous carpet cleaner. They took extra time on the stains and problem areas and the carpet always looked new again, plus their price was much more reasonable."

"I knew it was going to be pricey, but these rugs are worth it. Not heirlooms or anything, but extremely beautiful, well made wool rugs with a vibrant silk thread. That said, $1022 for cleaning 4 rugs still made me gulp. They took them back to the shop very carefully. They finished them quickly (within a week) and even shoveled my walk while my husband was away when they returned them. Unfortunately, there were some pretty intense clip marks on the edges of the rugs, and I was sad to see the stain still prominently visible. They were distressed that I was unhappy at paying that much for less than perfect results, so they packed the rugs back up, took them back to the shop and worked on them again for about two weeks. When they came back today, I was overjoyed to see the stain nearly invisible, (you have to get within inches to see its faint shadow),  and the places where the clip marks had been were undetectable.  So happy that they went the extra mile to care for my very interesting rugs. Having interacted with two representatives each time, I have to say they were extremely courteous and professional. You can tell quality is important to them and they were honest, kind and thoughtful. <br />"

"Aaron showed us some carpet in the shop and gave good advice on various carpet types. We arranged for him to come to the house to measure up and quote us a price. Unlike the big home improvement stores the estimate was free. The two installers came on time and did an excellent job. We had already removed the old carpet ourselves so that I could remedy some squeeks in the floor before the new carpet was laid. Removing the carpet and disposing of it ourselves saved about $150. Altogether it took about 4 hours for the install. The price was good. We had a previous quote for a similar carpet for about $400 more."
