"We just had the whole exterior of our house painted by Unlimited Painting Solutions and are so happy with the results! Gus and his crew were really great to work with. Our house had a lot of prep work that it needed in terms of scraping, priming, pressure washing, etc. They did an extremely thorough job at this and even used a special cleaner to make sure all the algae growth on our siding was completely gone. We have a fair number of trees and plants around our house and they were very careful at working around them. I was amazed at how clean they left the property too! They were so detailed and careful in masking things off and going back and touching any little things up. They put two coats on everything and the trim lines were all so crisp and perfect. There was also absolutely not one paint drip or spec of overspray on anything! All this, and they were done in just a matter of days. (I guess that's why they're the pros!) We felt that their pricing was extremely fair. You may get a bid that's a few hundred dollars cheaper from a big commercial painting outfit, and the bids may look similar on paper, but I think you will be very hard pressed to find a crew that takes as much pride in the quality of their work as Gus and his team do. It just makes sense to hire the very best when you are making an important investment in your home that will last for the next 8-15 years or more. We would highly, highly recommend Gus and his awesome crew at Unlimited Painting Solutions to anyone wanting to invest in a quality paint job for their home or business!!"

"We got three estimates and although Summit's was not the lowest it was competitive and bar far the most comprehensive and detailed. After selecting Summit, Stuart the owner, worked closely with us to ensure we had a successful result. He met with us twice prior to the project to help select paint and confirm our expectations were aligned with the plan. During the project his team was hard working, helpful and courteous. Stuart checked in regularly and when we noticed minor damage to our gutter as a result of a ladder he checked it out and agreed to take care of it right away. Following the completion of the project we walked through it together and his team did a thorough job on touch up. We'd 100% hire Stuart and his team for future projects. We hope to use them for interior painting this winter."

"Expectations exceeded. Our residence is three stories with some tricking roof lines, plus being on the beach has significant visibility. Potts Painting came in on budget, to schedule and delivered outstanding results. Rob (Owner) Josh (Estimator), Mark (Production Manager) and Saul (Crew Lead) each provided valuable insight, not to make it simpler or faster (which many other did) but to ensure a quality result. Versus my review, here’s what neighbors approached me to share. One who had their house painted maybe two years ago, stopped me and asked for a Potts Painting Business card to have on hand. For future consideration. They also commented on the amount of detailed prep and painting and thorough cleanup.
