"The removal was fast and they were professional. The problem was they wouldn't give me a price over the phone and when they showed up, to remove a couch that was next to the front door, easy access... $430!! I bought the couch on sale for $550. The removal was also the price I paid to buy it. After negotiation we settled on $250 and that was because I was in a pinch, holidays was here. Will not be using them again. I felt like one then were there I was being pressured to pay. Asked me if I had ever used them before them BAM $430 to remove a couch. When I told them to get out the price dropped. Felt alot like when you buy a car and when your going to leave the price drops. I know they need to also make a living, but not for a $430 couch removal. Will not and do not recommend. "
