He answered the phone immediately and told me he was available to come over the next day. I couldn't do the next day so we scheduled a visit for that Saturday instead. He showed up, and quickly replaced the spring and serviced/lubricated both doors . He also checked a couple of other things I was having issues with on the other door. Instead of up-charging me for fixing a simple issue, he explained what I would need to do to fix the issues myself and it worked like a charm. Over several years our front door began sticking and the deadbolt lock was not properly closing.  Rick came out and after several attempts to adjust the door determined that the door installation required a reinstall.  He took the frame apart and explained the poor job previously done on installation.  He re-set the door, installed insulation and reinstalled the frame.  His work quality was outstanding.  He was very responsive, timely and his price was very fair for the work that he performed.  I intend to use him again.
