"I was looking for contractors that would replace my entire roof after a strong hailstorm.  The trick of my case was - I have a large kinda balcony with flat roofing sheets as a floor. I requested quotes from 4 highly rated companies and 3 out of 4 were puzzled by the flat roof piece of work.  They explained that when my house was being built - the roofers put the flat sheets without any issues, but now 2 balcony door packages should be removed and reinstalled by carpenters, which would increase the price significantly. U.S. Exterior by Seidel offered an alternative solution - to spray existing roofing sheets with special resin based solution, that has a 50 year warranty.  It's more expansive and more fragile than roofing flat sheets, but that was my only reasonable option.
