"We thought we needed our foundation excavated, sealed and drain-tiled. Kevin came to estimate the work. He spent a full hour inspecting our foundation and landscaping and showed us the drain tile already in place and how the foundation appeared to be sealed. He recommended that we manually do a minimal amount of landscaping to improve the grade and even suggested a company to help with that. He did not request payment for his in depth consultation, but I asked to pay him for his time since he probably saved us $1000 to $3000 in excavation and landscaping costs. This is the second time Kev has really helped us out. Several years ago in a different house he helped us repair a truly cracked, leaking foundation. After stripping the deck there were a few more boards where some rotting was identified and Barak and his team replaced them promptly. Stain looks great and made an immediate difference.
