"I was having issues with my warehouse roof that had BEEN LEAKING and it was a race against time since there was going to be a storm in a few hours. I had contacted other roofers for estimates and they did not make me feel comfortable and also charging me absorbent pricing. Not only did Perry's give the best price he was also the only one who responded to every question and concern I had. For example I asked exactly how was the prices calculated for the work. WHile the other roofers either ignored the question or gave vague responses - extra safety needed,, insurance, ...in other words they never gave a valid answer, .Perry was the only one who gave straight answers. No matter how many times I asked questions, he responded quickly and with a valid answer.s. His price was a lot lower than the competition for the EXACT same GAF ROOF and with a better WARRENTY. "They were the only local firm that knew I needed a permit for the roof to be replaced and how the process worked. (All of the other local firms told me that no permit was required.) The quality of work was decent (even though nail guns were used). The job was completed in one day (18.5 squares with a tear off and decking repair). The cost for the roof replacement project was double the national average. The only real issue that we ran into was in the cleanup phase. During the tear off phase, the crew dumped the old roofing materials onto tarps on the ground. Some of these materials missed the tarps and others were carried by the wind. When the crew said they were done with the job and left, they had not cleaned up the yard properly and swept the property for nails and staples. Management had the crew return to the property to do a proper cleanup within a few hours of learning of the issue. If you want a good quality roof replacement, I recommend them (as a former roofer). These people were clearly better than all of the others than I spoke with about this project and obtained bids from. (This firm definitely will not be the lowest bid and they will not be the highest either.)"
