"Randy and his assistant Tyler arrived at my home exactly as promised. Randy surveyed the job, asked questions regarding any specific issues that I might have had with my carpets and then proceeded to get started. He opened some shutters that touched the carpet to ensure that he would be cleaning my entire carpet including the few inches between the shutters and sliding glass door. I thought this was an excellent example of his workmanship skills and pride in doing the best, most thorough job possible. He was very mindful of a few items (e.g. electrical/computer/router wires) that remained on the floor and ensured that the carpet was cleaned underneath with the wires being lifted up and clear during the process. Randy mopped up the few areas on my tile that got wet and was careful not to damage any of the furniture that was in the way of the cleaning process. It's obvious Randy has been doing this work for many years. He is very professional, personable, and takes pride in doing the best job possible, which he did.
