"For the last two seasons we contracted for the OASIS 5-step lawn treatment program. When we discovered multiple large areas of brown, dry, straw-like areas throughout our lawn this year we requested, on multiple occasions, an on-site visit by OASIS to advise the cause of our lawn damage and how it could be remedied. OASIS ignored our request to inspect, advise and re-treat, if necessary. We do not recommend this company for either its quality of work or is customer service."
