The sales rep gave us comfort that everything will be done right and the two experienced and fully licensed professionals will be doing the work and that there is a no-excuse warranty, 1 degree guarantee, and 10 years on both the service and hardware. It just so happened that after the install, I told the installer I smelt gas and to check everything. He simply waved it off and said it's fine, give it some time. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."

"Just a few years ago, we hired Double D to remove all of the old bright yellow siding (40 years old) and remove both layers of old roofing. The goal was to replace the roof and figure out the best options for us regarding the siding. The owner came out, met with us, presented options and associated costs quite clearly. The work was done in a timely manner (less than two weeks) and still looks great. We had zero problems with Double D. I plan on using them again to update a section of the siding that had previously been covered by a back deck.
