Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. We are E.P.A. Certified and have been in in business 17 years.We repair all major appliances with a 90 warranty on parts/labor. Our diagnostic fee is $50.00 and will be waived if work is done.
