Ryan was ultimately more critical than me about details and appreciate that desire to do things right and as clean as possible. "Couldn't be better. Miguel has been my landscape designer and installer for many years. He has re-landscaped our front, back and side yards over the years and I couldn't imagine using anyone else. He is professional, creative, honest and punctual. His team is comprised of hard working, highly skilled guys who truly know what they are doing. Miguel starts a project ON TIME and finishes at the promised time. No excuses and NEVER any "no shows". His bids are fully detailed and fair. He has worked with whatever budget I have for a project and is very good at suggesting alternative ideas/materials to give the desired outcome within budget. In addition he is a PRO in laying sprinkler systems, fixing existing sprinkler issues and planting trees. The two miniature blue spruces he planted in my front yard are thriving because of the soil he used and how he put in a circular drip line for consisting, even watering. "Over 7 weeks AND 13 visits, we were intermittently subjected to gas leaks, water leaks, no hot water or heat and error codes on our tankless water heater. They took advantage of the fact that my 2 teenagers and I had no hot water and no heat and continuously up-charged us. During that time, they charged an extra $1900 over the original estimate of $4000. All of the issues were because they failed to recognize that my existing venting didn’t match the new unit (even though they added to the venting) and because they didn’t provide drain piping to manufacture recommendations. They offered me money back and then rescinded the offer as the problems they should have caught just continued. I ended up “chatting” with the manufacturer and showing them screenshots to prove the venting was wrong. They offered a cleaning crew after I complained and already cleaned up the mess they ground into the carpet. When I asked to speak to the owner/DORA license holder, Levi Torres, I was told Levi “doesn’t take phone calls”. Clearly, he only takes your money and wastes your time."
