Over a period of three years, we managed to grind dirt, grass and mud, tar from the road, grease from a treadmill, permanent marker, and various other unknown substances into a very light, oyster colored carpet in my downstairs living area. "The carpet really needed it...They were on time and did a great job. There were lots of spots and the spots were really old...they did a good job at getting the spots out. The next week, they came back to clean the furniture...the furniture had lots of large pillows. The charge was apx. $300; they also applied spot protector. It took much longer to do this than the carpet so I expected that the charge would be greater than the carpet cleaning but it hadn't been done in years. The furniture looks so much better.
