"My elderly father hired this business to dig a hole to access a break in his waterline. The hole/digging was left incomplete and in a dangerous state. They charged my father $600 to not only dig an incomplete hole but weed part of his yard (that he repeatedly told them NOT to do). They refused to come back and complete the job. The waterline remains inaccessible. They were not hired to work the pipes, merely dig the hole so that someone else could safely work. Because they took advantage of an elderly man and left the work incomplete he cannot afford to hire anyone else to finish the job and will harm himself trying to complete it himself. All so he could get water back into his home. This is a business to avoid at all costs."

"Appears very professional, never showed up and had to rescheduled. Gave me discount for the inconvenience. They did the treatment from the outside. However, my master bathroom where the termite originated from and very much destroyed the wood etc. I have been asking to Robbie and Zack if they did the treatment for master bathroom from the inside. Robbie, try to reschedule but I have no answer. Called the office, still waiting. It has been over two weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone. My service was handled by Prescott office."
