"After I met Stuart, the owner of Summit painting, I knew I wanted to hire him for my painting needs. He was very professional, knowledgeable, competent in his line of work and just a really likeable guy. I was very comfortable with him and knew it would be a good fit. "Expectations exceeded. Our residence is three stories with some tricking roof lines, plus being on the beach has significant visibility. Potts Painting came in on budget, to schedule and delivered outstanding results. Rob (Owner) Josh (Estimator), Mark (Production Manager) and Saul (Crew Lead) each provided valuable insight, not to make it simpler or faster (which many other did) but to ensure a quality result. Versus my review, here’s what neighbors approached me to share. One who had their house painted maybe two years ago, stopped me and asked for a Potts Painting Business card to have on hand. For future consideration. They also commented on the amount of detailed prep and painting and thorough cleanup. "I had previously had Hedlund Painting replace and paint drywall on my ceiling that was damaged by a leak. They did a great job, but I found that when a particular light was on in the evening one of the seams was visible. Without a question or a charge they reworked the seam so that it can no longer be seen. Outstanding customer service!"

"The crew started with a large 2-story 1975 wood house that had been badly scrapped & painted multiple times. Mario arranged for a skilled carpenter to re-build & replace rotten wood. His crew worked tirelessly to sand, fill and paint with a white semigloss paint. White and semigloss showed every imperfection. The crew went back to re-sand and re-paint spots. They repaired the stuccoed chimney. It was a labor intense project. Today, the house looks beautiful. Mario gently listened and then executed my detailed request. Mario is professional and easy to work with."

"We got five bids, including Legacy, for painting the exterior of our house this past August. Our 21yo house is cedar shingle siding with a lot of detail trim painting involved, so we needed someone with attention to detail for this project. I was intrigued that Legacy Painting, in reading their reviews, had five stars on almost every review, if not all of them. I now know why, as I was impressed with this company from the first meeting with their sales team...on time, very professional and knowledgeable/realistic about the time line and painting techniques/products needed to do this job. Their painting team carried on the same great work ethic, and their communication with me throughout the whole process was impressive, no matter the day or the time, they responded to our questions/requests. The Legacy Painting crew blew us away with their attention to detail, starting with prepping the house, taping, sanding, etc. The crew was extremely professional on all levels, and very thorough in cleaning up each day. We also needed an oil finish applied to our wood pergola, and they found a great product for removing mildewed areas on the wood, so they did a great prep job before applying the oil finish. And we had some exterior trim that had wood rot; Mark, who is in charge of the painting, was able to find a guy up north to cut the specialized trim to match the original, and then the painting crew was able to perfectly repair this trimmed out area on the front of our house. Yes...they deserve five stars on many levels, and I'd give them ten, if I could. We plan on using them for some inside painting projects, too. Btw, their bid was in the middle of the four others, and it was where I thought it would be, considering the amount of detailed work it entailed. This company is the real deal for all of your painting needs!!!"
