Said there was an out-of-state issue but did not call to advise of the delay. I called him once confirmed the work was not completed. . Was to replace flashing on roof vents. Had to send my grandson He came back the next day following my call to finish the job. Not sure of the quality of his caulking on the flashing but he seemed eager to please and did a couple extra caulking/nailing tasks while up there. Granted, this was not a big job for him in his overall business but I suggested to him in his first visit good work could lead to consideration when time to replace the roof when necessary, He was respectful and courteous.
