"I truly wish I could give them zero stars. I've had to call them 6 times in the past month to come and pick up trash with 5 of those times being in the last week. After 4 promises of pick up and it still wasn't, I was told today they don't have drivers in my area so that's why my trash wasn't picked up. If a company can't operate in an area because of no employees, maybe they shouldn't service that area. I will be cancelling my service. I don't see the point in paying for trash service when I basically have to call and beg for them to come and pick it up. My advice, go with ANY other company you can find. This one isn't worth the headache."
