"Good for menial tasks. Did not complete all of the items scheduled for repair. Did not provide a written estimate. Did not give a receipt for work done nor for supplies. Was told a storm door could be realigned, but no inspection of the condition was made before work was started. Hugo was not able to complete the started realignment, as the door was hung improperly by the original installer and frame would have to be removed to make the repair. So I cancelled that part of the work. But time was expended by myself and the handyman unnecessarily. In fairness to Hugo, he did replace loose and short screws with much better, longer screws embedded more securely into the wood frame so the hinge is more solidly affixed. He assembled a grill for me and the workmanship is excellent. The charge, however, was high. Who pays for materials was never discussed with me."
